We include methylated folate as 5-MTHF, the active form of folic acid. It bypasses common gene variations that make the folic acid to folate conversion more difficult for up to ⅓ of people.*

We use a vegan-certified form made from microalgae—because it’s better for the environment than fish oil.  

We use the biologically-active form (a.k.a. the same kind found in food and our body), as opposed to the commonly used cyanocobalamin.
